brief

This project was focused on Human Centred Innovation and the objective was to design a brand proposition and associated family of products that enhance a person’s physical wellbeing. Each individual within the team designed their own product under the umbrella brand created as a team.

outcomes

As a team, we established a unique brand, hushh, focused on giving you 'peaceful sleep from A to B' including a logo and brand identity. I designed a portable headrest as a solution to neck pain, which was identified by user interviews and research to be one of the leading cause for uncomfortable sleep. Design approaches and frameworks such as the Double Diamond approach, observation and immersion, journey mapping and personas were utilised throughout the project. Low fidelity prototyping was used to validate ideas and finally a combined works-like and looks-like prototype was evaluated by real users.
